SPECIAL OFFER FOR WINTER 2017/18:

Telephone bookings for 2018 are given an automatic 10% discount.

Useful Information:

We do not charge a deposit, but your card details are required to secure a booking either online or over the telephone.
We are able to accept most debit or credit cards.
Payment is required at departure.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your booking 14 days or less before your visit we will have to charge the full accommodation cost. Please therefore give us as much notice as you can if your visit is no longer possible. It is recommended that you take travel insurance to cover any eventualities, for example http://uk.virginmoney.com/virgin/travel-insurance/

On the rare occasion we are unable to deliver your booked accommodation due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you alternative accommodation.

Arrival time – between 4.00pm – 10.00pm, (from 3.00pm in the winter months),  departure time by 10.00am. Late check out is sometimes available. Please enquire for rates.
Breakfast times are 7:15am – 8:30am on Mon – Fri  and  8am – 9am on Sat & Sun.  Earlier breakfasts are available by arrangement.
If you are coming without a car, please be aware there are no shops or evening restaurants within easy walking distance. A pub with food is about a 35 minute walk.  Do give us a call to discuss the options. We do need notice to able to supply packed lunches.
We do not generally accept advance 1 night bookings on weekends in high season.
We have a minimum 3 night stay policy for bank holiday weekends.
Cancellations due to snow will be refunded in full
We reserve the right to increase our prices at any time, however the prices quoted at time of booking will always be honoured

Evening Meals

For evening meals try www.redlionpenderyn.com a small ancient pub about 2 miles away with an excellent restaurant. Early booking is essential 01685 811914.
Alternatively www.glancynoninn.co.uk at Hirwaun is about 3 miles away; a large friendly pub with an excellent menu.  Booking is recommended particularly at weekends, 01685 811043.
For Sunday evenings, evening meals are available at Nant Ddu Lodge about 5 miles away, booking is recommended; 01685 379111.
For those people not wishing to venture out in the evening we offer a light supper every night at 7pm at a cost of £8-£12, please give us notice in advance if you wish to eat with us. On Sundays we do a 2 course dinner at a cost of £20 per person. This is always by prior arrangement.

Breakfast Menu

Selection of fruit juices and fresh fruit, prepared fruit platter, assorted cereals, and fruit yoghurts
Traditional breakfast which includes:- bacon, egg, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, hash brown.
There’s nothing like a full breakfast to keep you going all day.

Vegetarian breakfast which includes:- Glamorgan sausages, egg,  tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, hash brown.

Smoked Salmon with scrambled Eggs

Toast
Selection of teas or freshly brewed coffee.

Damages Policy

Obviously we know that accidents happen, however guests are obliged to pay for any major breakages,  damage to property, additional or unusual cleaning costs , which have been incurred as a result of your stay, before departure.
